Golf School at or Near Marriott or Other Timeshare Property?

Hi, Tuggers! We wld like to trade our Platinum week for a week @ a Marriott or other timeshare property that is located on or near a golf course that has a recognized Golf School. Can anybody tell me if such a place exists?

Stay at Ocean Watch at Grande Dunes in Myrtle Beach. Take instruction from Brad Redding(Golf Digest top 100 instructor) at Grande Dunes golf club about a 3 minute drive from the Timeshare. I did this, and I have improved my game. I have also taken lessons from other "Top 100 instructors", and noone was able to help me as much as Brad Redding.

You could make the same MISTAKE I did. I wanted a golf school and the one I wanted wasn't available - so I settled for some place called Aviara ... ...what did this old kid from Canada really know

The rest is history and two weeks bought and 3 weeks used every year since then.

I remember seeing the condo's and walking around ...then thinking ... ( I trust you have heard of Aviara and I was the ONLY ONE who had not - have a look at the reviews for Carlsbad, CA in the TUG or tripadvisor.

Nice weather and really nice location and service (as one expects from a Four Seasons )

BTW - the golf school has GREAT RATES at the hotel - and the front staff put us in a 'water view' room for just a bit extra - well worth it on our original trip.

Not a Marriott, but the Sheraton PGA in Port St. Lucie, Florida has a great teaching facility.

Any of the Hilton Head SC resorts. If you are a Marriott owner exchanging into Heritage Club, I believe you also get some free golf (paying for cart) at Harbor Town. There were tons of golf schools for kids when I was checking for my son and would assume there are even more for adults.

Shadow Ridge in Palm Springs has lessons. It seems like the resort centers around golf. It's one of the reasons we purchased there.
