We are staying at our resort (Tuscany) for the first time in February. Are there any golfers out there who can make some recommendations on golf in the Orlando area?
According to Google Maps, it looks like these are the closest courses to our resort…
Hawks Landing (Marriott World Center) $59 - $129
Grande Pines (Marriott Grande Vista) $59 - $99
Disney (Magnolia, Palm, Osprey Ridge, Lake Buena Vista) $49 - $125
Grand Cypress $125 - $175
Shingle Creek $75 - $135
Ritz Carlton $60 - $130
Waldorf Astoria $90 - $155
Hunter’s Creek $24 - $69
I tried to do a Google search for Orlando's Best or Top 10, but I couldn't find much. It looks like many of the courses are tied to a resort, where guests get reduced fees. The only course I see tied to Hilton is the Waldorf Astoria, and they only offer reduced fees to guests of Hilton's Bonnet Creek.
I'm curious if there are any courses that are "too good to pass up" in the area, or any courses that offer an exceptional "bang for the buck".
Thanks in advance... Dave
