We stayed at GCP in Puerto Vallarta 11/27/7-12/01/07 and thoroughly pleased. We did not stay as timeshare users - purely a rental - and accomodations may be different. We paid extra for the Honeymoon Suite and it was well worth the additional expense. Room was great, all inclusive was great, view from our balcony was great. All was clean - food was good - service was good. Let me know if interested in some photos. We would definitely go back again.

Hello, Has anyone stayed here ? We will in June but wondering what the timrshare rooms are like. Thanks Paul.

We stayed there last Xmas and New Years weeks - trading thru RCI. We had a 2 Br/2 bath unit. Our unit did directly face the ocean - looking over the pool area to the beach - so a ways back - but still a very nice ocean view since we were on the top floor. There was only a very narrow balcony. The unit was fine - not Gold Crown by my standards. The units were spacious, but sparsely furnished. It had two concrete couches in the LR with pads - made for very firm sitting. There was no TV in the LR - but ones in both BRs. There was a full kitchen - but no need since it was all inclusive. The AI fee was reasonable and food and drinks were good. You could even get food and drinks served on the beach - there were waiters. Just give them a buck for a round of drinks and you will get good service.

A/C did not work upon arrival, but they did come up to fix it right away and it cooled off fine.
