This is our first time staying here, having just bought this unit in December. We got a letter that the annual meeting will be held while we are in Branson. Does anyone have any specific questions or concerns that I should bring up?
Maybe a few:
Status of the bankruptcy?
Any plans to ever build out or expand the resort?
Why have we changed from checking in at French Quarter and using FQ's facilities to checking in at Palace View and using PV's facilities?
The siding and roofs are looking a little worn. Is there plans to replace either and what is the status of the cash reserve funding in the event they need to be replaced in the next 5 years?
Does Southwind plan to continue to manage the resort or are there plans to sell the management contract to some other developer or management company?
Any plans for Southwind to intergrate all their resorts into some form of internal exchange program?
