Glad to hear dirty plays will be banned this year in baseball

Along with this rule change, it seems the "neighborhood" play will be more highly scrutinized, and rightfully so, IMO.

It's interesting that the decision as to how to enforce a rule or make a new rule is considered a change in conditions of employment and requires union consent.

I guess that means that baseball will never be able to get rid of the DH.
