All HGVC points are tied to specific deeds. No one is going to take that off your hands without that specific information.
If there are no deeds, then you don't have HGVC. Maybe you have HVC (former DRI) points?

We have Embarc points that HGVC has purchased. You would take over our membership and just pay the yearly points assessment

Embarc points only work for Embarc resorts, not the wider HGVC system. We just bought into Embarc a year ago and like it--just know what exactly is being offered.

It looks like you own Embarc points, not HGVC. I would suggest that you revise your post. In addition, I inadvertently deleted your last two posts. Can you please repost them? Sorry about that. There is also a FB page for Embarc members, which sees more posts than here on TUG. @cd5 can comment.
