RESORT: The Villas at Summer Bay Orlando (by Exploria Resorts)
UNIT TYPE: 2 Bedroom / 2 Bathroom Villa
USAGE: Biennial Odd-Year (Next usage: 2027)
POINTS: 40,000 Crown Points (Exploria Expos/RCI)
THE GIVEAWAY TERMS:
Price: $0 (Free)
Transfer/Closing: Seller pays 100% of all closing and transfer costs.
CASH INCENTIVE: Seller will give the buyer a $200 Paypal/Venmo/Gift Card etc.. once the resort (Exploria) officially confirms the new owner in their system.
Maintenance Fees: Paid current. Future fees are approximately $993.97 annually (split into ~$500-$600 payments each year per contract terms).
LEGAL TRANSFER PROCESS
We will use a licensed and bonded timeshare escrow company.
The process involves a new deed recorded in Lake County, Florida.
Total timeline for transfer is approximately 45 to 60 days.
