1 Red Floating Week @ Inverness at Del Lago, TX: My mother purchased this week in Condominium Unit 207, Building B of the Inverness at Del Lago in 2012. My mother is 86, and wants to give away her week in this RCI Affiliated resort. The resort is under renovation at this time, and I spoke with Robert Tatom, President of Choice Properties, Inc (this is the person who signed the Special Warranty Deed). Mr. Tatom told me that a new Margaritaville Hotel/Resort is being built adjacent to the property with an expected opening in late 2020.
