We have completed a multi-State Road Trip. Over the past 5+ years we have noticed a reduction in the "Gifts" offered by the "Concierge" Staff for attending "Owner Updates." In past years it was not uncommon for us to negotiate a $200 - $250 American Express or Visa Card. Now you are lucky to receive one for $100. We think we have discovered the Cause. Now the Gifts offered are in large part Funded through deductions from the Bonus earned by the Concierge for signing up people to attend an "Owner Update." As most people know Concierges are Hourly Employees but paid a Bonus for each person that attends an "Owners Update." So if the Concierge gives you a Gift that costs Wyndumb $100 then $80 to $90 will be deducted from the Concierge's Bonus to help fund it. A Concierge has to sign up at least 6 couples per week to see a positive effect on their Pay Check. We heard this at one Resort and verified through others.
