Resorts Owned
Skyline Ranch Resort
My first post. I have a timeshare that was bought over 30 years ago and is paid in full except for the ridiculous maintenance fees every year. The "resort" (and I use the term loosely) is called Skyline Ranch Resort in Luray, VA. I would gladly GIVE it away if anybody would like to have it. The Shenandoah mountains that surround it are beautiful but we just don't use it. Any advice of companies to use to help me unload it. I have asked the resort and they are no buying any back at this time because they are not selling any new ones. Thanks in advance for any help.

Yes, none. Generally here on TUG, we advise against using any company, law firm, or charity that claims it can get you out of your timeshare. They are usually scams. If they aren't scams, then they will charge you thousands of dollars to do what you can do yourself.
