First time to NO and staying at Quarter House. Are cabs or Uber the best ways to get from the airport to the QH? Thanks

Uber does not have a fixed price from the airport to downtown a taxi cab does ($35 / 2 people and they take credit cards)

So we were 4 people and decided to take an Uber. Cost was $32 for all 4 of us, definately a better deal if you are more than 2 people.

It just depends on how busy it is since Uber and Lyft are variable. I have seen $200 and I have seen $30.

The good thing is you would know the Uber price before you order. So compare then decide. DS went to Tulane before Uber was popular and he usually took cab to and from the airport, about $40 7-10 years ago. Guess Uber makes the cab fares more competitive now.

Four of us took a cab from the airport to the Quarter House during the day and it cost $60.00

We took an Uber back to the airport at 6am when we left a week later and that cost $66.25
