Getaway alert issues on app

I am not getting alert notifications on my II app, I'm waiting to book a getaway for Easter and when I get an alert I grab it immediately or its gone so with no notiifcations I have no chance. Called them but it was a waste of time! Any one else not getting alerts, trying to figure out if a problem in general or just with my phone (iphone X).

First, check the obvious. Go in to Settings-> Notifications on your phone, make sure Show Previews is set to Always and the Interval App notifications are On. Make sure Banner Style is set to persistent so it doesn’t disappear.

Alerts are only sent once every 24 hrs, then again if more matches show up.

Thanks for the help.

I just went in to my phone settings to see how mine are configured. On android I went to settings>apps>Interval>notifications - I had to tap on this to get to the next menu, then- >getaway alerts>importance>here I chose urgent which will sound and create an on screen pop up. Mine was set to medium which was no sound, and no on screen pop up.

I have found that they work only sporadically. I have an iPhone XR. I too get alerts and click on them and there is no availability but that just may be bc someone else has grabbed it and/or placed it on hold. Keep checking.

Yes and I deleted the app and reinstalled twice and have toggled all the notifications off and back on.......

What is your search criteria? I’ll be glad to duplicate it and report back if I get an alert. It may be too restrictive and there just aren’t any getaways to match.

I only picked the location, Marbella, ESP, not the specific resort. This popped up right away, Marriott may show up.
