Wyndham Founder; Disney OKW & SSR; Marriott's Willow Ridge and Shadow Ridge,Grand Chateau; Val Chatelle; Hono Koa OF (3); SBR(LOTS), SDO a few; Grand Palms(selling); WKORV-OF ,Westin Desert Willow.

Just to clarify, this is not my listing.

Two bedroom, 3 bathroom, on a golf course, and it's $498 MF's. Only once did they charge more than $498, and that was an extra $100 SA for updates. Well managed, and I have never even visited the resort. Too bad it doesn't trade with II because it would be a great trader.

Cindy, are you saying you are an owner at this resort?
Do you deposit with RCI?

I have always heard it is not that nice of a place. I think it was from people who had exchanged into it and it was years ago.

Mine is in RCI Points, but it's nice. I think it would be a nice stop for us on the way to Door County.

It looks like a place I could enjoy -- but a bit far from family in TN.
I'm really trying to stick with places I could easily visit.
Currently own only CA destinations.

My experience with a few single location deeded timeshares was the mf was low and things did work out well until it was sold to another company. After the sale it was crap and the reason I bought these was no longer a perk. I was lucky to get rid of them.
