Hi we purchased a Residence Club membership back in 2016 for $16k. We have 2228 points yearly available. The yearly maintenance fees are $580. It is paid off back in 2016
What if anything could we sell it for. We haven't used in 5 years so quite a few accumulated points we banked.

Resale GB points memberships might be tough to sell. You could try the Facebook page for Garza Blanca Resorts. I'm not sure if your points retain all of the perks when sold resale to someone other than an immediate family member. If the points don't keep the benefits it could still work out for someone wanting the extra time this membership can add to their existing membership. It's a decent maintenance fee to points combination, imo.

List it on RedWeek. The banked points expire after a time. Check with GB to see how many points are still usable.
People love this resort. RedWeek may advise what it would sell for. Good luck!
