full time timesharing....at disney?

Orange County, Municipality of Bay Lake, FL Virtual, any number of private and charter school options should provide workable options for schooling. They would have to declare residency I believe though with their stay patterns they likely have anyway. That's not to say that every one of these options will work for that situation but some will. And there's no requirement they "attend" in the country they "live" other than possibly some public schools. I know they'll need a "permanent" address and that cannot be WDW but that isn't a difficult work around. My ultimate point is they've been doing this long enough that I'm sure they're worked out the details which are not overly difficult to do. And it may be they've kept their Georgia residency though legally FL could push back on that plus they'd then be responsible for GA taxes, FL doesn't have any state income tax for individuals. Bottom line is schooling should not be an issue, not the way I'd want to live though.
 
Many RVers setup a Good Sam address. Looking at the article again, the embedded Instagram post indicates they homeschool their kids.

We toured when it first opened. I remember lot with home started closer to $1M. You could buy lots for probably $500K but that did not include price of home.

We were going to go with one of their approved builders. Some owners used their own builders and architects but that would have taken longer as Disney would have to approve both builder and plans. We were readybto contract but the rental clause killed that idea. There was no way I was going to live there full time. And it did not make financial sense to let your asset sit like that without some return. Especially for a vacation home.
