Went to make a reservation at 9 this morning. Check in July 3, 2027. 13 month window to book begins today. Go to the website. No July 2027 drop down. Refresh. Nothing. Refresh again. Nothing. Call Owner Services. On hold for 40 minutes. Finally get through and to my astonishment they still have what I need and I book.

But that's not the point. The website never misses an opportunity to let us down. Do better MVC!
 
I assume this was a points reservation? (weeks cannot be reserved online at 13 months)

I had a similar issue recently for a points reservation - but that dropdown would have been 14 months away (I was booking early June checkin at the very end of April, but it was supposed to show it since it was a valid checkin day for that release window - they go from Wednesdays to Tuesdays). I just assumed it was the 14 month thing (April 2026 to June 2027) and ended up calling just like you did, but you'd think someone would have picked up on it after 16 years...

For a points reservation today for July 2027 I do see July in the dropdown when I go to search

If you logged in prior to 9:00am EST the drop-down does not update even if you refresh.
The only workaround that works is to close the Browser/Tab and on reopening it at 9:00:01 it will show July.

Thanks yeah I tried closing the browser and reopening after 9 (I tried until 9:30) and the July drop down did not show. All good now but someone is gonna miss out on a reservation if they haven't already. And yes this was a points reservation.
 
I had the same issue on chrome so logged in on Safari and saw July. Got 3 weeks but not my preferred days though this is better than I normally do at 13 months so will likely get preferred check in at 12 months out.
