We recently upgraded to Gold Membership when we were in Cabo. (We had fully paid for two weeks 2009 maintainence fees back in Nov 2008.) We booked our 2009 reservations when we were in Cabo & told them that we wanted credit for the paid November fees toward our new upgrade. Now we just got a nother bill for another set of 2009 maintainence fees:eek: . When I called our membership services, and explain that I should have credit ,they place me on hold, transfer me to another person or simply disconnect me. Any advice or do I simply throw out my money.?

Could you log in to www.resortcom.com and see whats going on with your account ? You will need to register with your contract number.

Beware

Yes, I can log in to my account. That is when I found out that they had not given me credit ( as they promised) for my paid November fees and infact ,added another week of fees in January! When I try to speak to someone they place me on hold until I get disconnected. I would have never purchased from them if I knew that they would be this unscrupulous.

Unfortunately, it seems that you have learned the hard way that if a ts salesperson's lips are moving, it's for a lie. Review your contract to see if a credit for your Nov. fees are mentioned - I'm certain you won't be able to find it in writing.

Are you paying two mf for 09 ? One premiere and one gold ? It could be that you upgraded a year too early and have weeks that you could bank for free as a gold member. You would have to pay $70.00 per week to bank your premiere weeks.

We paid for 2 weeks premier maintenance fees fo 2008 ( they were due in November) and then another week maintenance fee for gold in 2008 which are apparently due in January. No one mentioned paying 70.00 to bank anything.
