We recently upgraded to Gold Membership when we were in Cabo. (We had fully paid for two weeks 2009 maintainence fees back in Nov 2008.) We booked our 2009 reservations when we were in Cabo & told them that we wanted credit for the paid November fees toward our new upgrade. Now we just got a nother bill for another set of 2009 maintainence fees
. When I called our membership services, and explain that I should have credit ,they place me on hold, transfer me to another person or simply disconnect me. Any advice or do I simply throw out my money.?
