Recieved this E-mail today. I don't usually fly Frontier but, I may take a look at the pricing to see how the pricing works out. It looks like it's just another twist on how you pay for service. The only difference is they package the deals rather than leaving them all ala carte. Essentially you're still paying to take you luggage, they just let you choose a fare that makes you believe it's included.
