Friendshare credit issue

Anyone have issues with their friendshare credit for MF? I was due some and I could see it being posted as payments and my balance was 0€ and in credit for 2020 back in January. Logged in last week to pay club dues and all the payments still show in list of payments but now my MF are showing as unpaid and due. Can’t get through to owner services since last week and been on the online chat twice for 50 minutes but they can’t resolve it..... very frustrating.....
