Does anyone know if or when they will complete this resort? I think there's a couple of buildings,pool and playground left to be built. I know the completion date was pushed back. Is there a current completion date?

The original completion date was 2012. This was pushed back to 2014 the last I heard. I spoke with the GM last year and I expressed surprise that they didn't push it back even further or suspend it for a while. He said that they had to complete it by 2014 or they would lose the CO not just for the unfinished bldg's but for the entire complex.

We were there back in December for a presentation and there was no active construction. The areas are blocked off and they told us that they would be starting on the last 2 bldgs and a kids playground very soon. I think maybe even a small pool area was planned up there but can’t remember.

Jim, when I was there is November the GM mentioned that they would start replacement of the furniture and carpet (I think) in the first two buildings this year ( they are now 5 years old). You may want to see if that is still on schedule. I think the TVs will be replaced as well since they are the old CRTs and not HD (but will last 20 years )

They did mention in November that they would finish construction, but I do not remember the timeframe. It was a popular subject at the owner's reception.
