Spinnaker French Quarter Resort Branson
We own an every other year, odd year usage 2 bedroom with loft that sleeps 8 with THREE full bathrooms. King bed master, queen bed guest, two twin beds loft with its own bathroom and queen sofa sleeper.
Fees for 2021 are $715. I will pay 2021 MF’s and any transfer fees. However, the resort is managed by Spinnaker and they require the buyer to pay a $750 advance payment to be used for future MF payments. They do this to to prevent owners from dumping units into trusts and bankrupting the trust. Per Spinnaker the buyer must pay this advance MF payment, which goes directly to Spinnaker.
Buyer will have usage for the year 2021 if an agreement is reached before the end of December. After that I will place the 2021 week in Spinnakers rental pool to try to recover some of my MF’s.
