Great time of the year to see Williamsburg illuminated for the Christmas season. Talk to our founding fathers for a week , then head to Florida for Christmas.

This is a Saturday to Saturday week.

Great lock-out unit.
Deposit one side or both, or stay at this great resort.
Good option to try out the other exchange companies with a lockout.


Seller pays transfer fee ($299)

Buyer reimburses 2012 maintenance fees ($771)
Buyer pays closing costs ($140)

2012 week is available.
