Our 154000 POINTS YEARLY ownership is at WYNDHAM OCEANWALK, DAYTONA BEACH FL(WHERE THE RACES ARE) but you can choose any WYNDHAM resort in the country. You get the deed for 154,000 points, that is one week or several long weekends - the beauty of points is you can plan around your desires. Your responsibility is a $63.98. a month ($767 YEAR) maintenance fee. The deed is free and clear (we paid $20k ) We can no longer go on vacations because of age. Our loss is your gain. that's a good Wyndham resort to be deeded at, as the ARP privilege allows reserving units during the very high-demand race week as well as the bike weeks....very generous
