Free for 2 bedroom- Newly renovated(Nov. 15, 2011) TS in Pompano Beach, FLA

It is BIENNIAL on the even years and a fixed week

Fixed Week #45- Unit has King bed in master BDRM(whirlpool tub), 2 doubles in 2nd, and sleeper sofa in living area.
Sleeps 6

Fully loaded kitchen, new flat screen TV's, new cabinets, granite countertops, next to elevator. 4 pools, 3 golf courses, world class spa and fitness area, minigolf, complimentary wireless.

Deed is paid off and the maintenance fees are approx. $467.00 per year(split up)for easy payments. 2012 maintenance is already paid.

I will pay the $299 Wyndham transfer fee. I'd really prefer to use Lisa Short from Legal Timeshare Transfers (recommended highly on Tug) for deed preparation/filing. I'll cover the deed preparation/recording fees.

Here is the address of their website: http://wyndhampalmaire.com/

Thanks to all who suggested that I contact Wyndham and ask them to take this back, because THEY DID!! And it costs me nothing, just had to sign the deed of warranty and send it back to them!

Good to hear, glad it worked out for you. I also own with Palm Aire, but have an annual points contract, not a fixed or converted unit. Reasonable fees and points flexibility have kept me content so far. But good to know if I ever feel they need to give it away and for some reason cant, they may take it back.

Would you mind telling me who you spoke to or how you did this? I have points there also and was thinking about giving them away.... Easier just to give it back to Wyndham if I can.
Thanks

I don't remember whom I sent my written request to, but mine was a fixed week also. Just call and use the option for the loans department I guess and ask to whom you would send your written request to. I was shocked that they even answered me back, now am delighted.
