Hello,

I am ready to give away my Wyndham timeshare to a willing buyer for free. I will pay for all transfer fees/closing costs and also pay your 2012 and 2013 Maintenance fees. The Maintenance fees are only $33 per month. You get 105000 points every other year. (Thats 52500 per year). I have 25000 points left for 2012 and on Jan 1 2013 you will have 105000 points for 2 years. Please note that this timeshare has been paid upfront and there is no mortgage on it.

I would suggest let you learn up on the drawbacks of owning this timeshare. It is a very small points contract with one of the highest mfs in all of Wyndham.
