FREE 77,000 Wyndham points. Annual usage January 1st to December 31st. Paid off and deeded. Home resort is Wyndham El Cid in Mexico. The 2012 monthly maintenance fee of $45.00 has been paid to date which includes free RCI membership. All points are available for 2012.
