If interested reach out. We'd be happy to finish paying for this year's maintenance fees and part of 2027 too. Closing and Transfer are negotiable. Let us know what works for you. We have lots of contracts but just not able to travel as much now and want to "right-size" our portfolio. The points are Deeded at Star Island in one of the buildings that was NOT part of the bankruptcy. So if you love that resort and want the 13 month ADR, this is a great way to keep vacationing there.
Maintenance fees are 825/year. Closing thru LT Transfers.
