Free Woodstone at Massanutten Week 49, 2 Bedroom, Ski Resort in Virginia near Harrisonburg

I have a Timeshare at Woodstone at Massanutten that I've owned for 5 years and never used. I just don't want it, fees were just paid, and the RCI account is good until January with 2 weeks available. This is a tri-annual unit with maintenance fees are $243.34/year. Week 49

Full Kitchen, Fireplace, Sleeps 8, 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath

I forgot to mention, I will cover all fees and closing costs associated with retitling. It's no cost to you until 2021 and you can use the trading power this year.

If you are interested in this property, then I will pay a closing company to deed it to you and it's yours. Next year you will start paying the maintenance fee of 243.34 per year and the 2 weeks every 3 years of vacation are yours to use.
