Free: Westin St. John Hillside Villas unit 3316 Week 48 Annual deeded unit

There is no mortgage on the unit, and maintenance fees have been paid for 2020. There is a reservation in place for November 28 - December 5, 2020.

The details: Annual Fixed Week 48, Unit 3316, Virgin Grand, Studio Premium.
Home season - Platinum, VSN Season - Platinum.
Staroptions - 67,100
Points (within the Marriot Bonvoy Program) - 108,600

These units have been completely remodeled in the last year or two. Unit 3316 is on the upper tier of the hillside villas, with an awesome view of Cruz Bay and its spectacular sunsets from the balcony. Being away from the main resort, it's quieter, but still with easy shuttle access to the main areas of the resort.

We have always found the villa to be extremely well kept, and the staff always responsive to any concerns.

To facilitate an easy transfer of ownership, I will be using an agent to deal with all the paperwork. I will bear that cost, which is $399.

We used to visit St. John a lot, but in recent years we've spent all our vacation time traveling to visit family, either out West or abroad, so we're just not using the villa any more.
