Two bedroom two bath biennial even silver Westin Mission Hills, floats weeks 28-35, in even years, next free usage in 2016 for new owner.

The 2015 and 2016 maintenance fees are paid by the seller, no reimbursement needed (the amount was a little over $800 per year).

Buyer usage is available in 2016. Seller pays closing costs, transfer and recording fees.
