1 bedroom, 1 bath near DisneyWorld, Universal Studios, etc. in Kissimmee Florida. Week 14, fixed week. Annual dues & maintenance $766. I will pay transfer fees.

There are a few weeks banked with Westgate. We can discuss "guest certificates" on those if you'd like extra weeks. Guest would need to cover certificate fees.
