Free Westgate Vacation Villa -Orlando

Hi,
This is a 1 bedroom, 2 full bathrooms with jacuzzi in master bedroom. The unit is fully equipped with washer/dryer, kitchen necessities, dishwasher, 2 showers, pull out couch in the living room and two televisions!

I have paid the maintenance fees for this year so you would use it for free week 13 (red week) and not be responsible for maintenance until Jan 2013! Fees run about $650/year and the unit sleeps 4 people. This is a fixed week.

Westgate has grown so much since I originally purchased the timeshare. Unfortunately, I am single with dogs and having a timeshare is no longer feasible.

You can internally exchange over to the town center for 150 and it's pet friendly.

I am single on a modest income. A timeshare is NOT for single people. I have to pay one of my home mortgage payments every year to pay a maintenance fee for a timeshare I can NEVER use.
Please don't post to me unless someone is genuinely interested in taking this timeshare off my hands. I don't want to get excited about a response for nothing.
