No need to pay off title or fees.

Details:

Still has week from 2014.
Week from 2016 also available.
Both maintenance fee payments are pending (2014 and 2016).

If you opt to pay no fees, as mentioned above then your ownership will start in 2018. The 2014 and 2016 weeks can be purchased at a reduced price as well. Willing to bargain on this.

Based on previous experience with Westgate, and the Bargain Deals forum, you will be more successful if you include the 2016 maintenance fee, and pay the transfer fee.

When is the 2016 maintenance fee due?

Westgate used the ROFU with ours. Even thou the original contract was prior to when they started to add that in.

We didn't dispute it as either way we were getting rid of it.
