They are due in December of every other year and were ~1100 the last time. They are next due next December.

It is still available. You set up everything up and you can have it. A prior attempt ended up falling through

Are you able to use the points at other Welk resorts or just Escondido? If I pay 2022 maintenance fee in advance once owned are you able to borrow next years points to use this year?

You would still have both last years and this years points, we didn’t use last years so you would get 240k now and 240k again next year, and yes you could use them at another Welk resort or RCI or Interval

Okay, the 240k points for 2020 were banked before 8/31 so the full 240k are available? So that means they are only usable for trips booked within 60 days or less right?

The maintenance fee is due again this Dec and was last paid Dec 2019? What is the maintenance fee up to now?

Because it was coronavirus they are still available for the new person to bank and use, so the 2020 points are avialble. The maintenance fee was ~1600 the last time. Let me know, if you pay for the transfer you can have it.

So I just found out that we would not be able
to book Northstar which we really wanted because hubby is an avid skier because you have to utilize the 15 month advantage to get in which we’d have to book a whole week and they don’t have 1bedroom. We would need 420k points in order to do that and that would be way more MF than were willing to take on unfortunately. Also not being able to combine contracts later makes it difficult to build up to there over time.
