Hi,

We have a one week timeshare that is ocean front at Kauai Beach Villas. It is a two bedroom two bathroom unit. It is a floating week that you can book up to 16 months out.
Here is a link to the resort: www.kauaibeachvillasresort.com Click on Accommodations to see current pictures of the rooms. It is in Lihue, and it is a great location for traveling North up to Princeville, or going South to Poipu. It is connected to a hotel, and you have use of all of the amenities at the hotel including a sand pool, jacuzzi, snack bar, happy hour, and two other pools. There is also a Kauai Beach Villa pool and barbecue area near the Lagoon that is smaller and more private.

2019 Maintenance fees are paid, and we are willing to pay the transfer fee of $375 through Grand Pacific Resorts our maintenance company. They will not let us use another company. The transfer is easy, and just requires you to fill out a form with Grand Pacific Resorts.

We have been owners at this property since 1998 and have enjoyed it so much! We are not able to go as often anymore, and would like someone else to be able to enjoy this property as much as we have.

Please let me know if you have any questions.
Thanks for looking!

Sandy

I own a 2BR at KBV. The annual MF is currently ~$1500. The oceanfront units, about 1200 sq.ft., are a stunning value. The lanais directly face the beach, and buildings G and H are less than 100 feet from the sandy beach. You get the sunrise from your lanai, and the tradewinds blow right into your unit (for better or worse, but it sure reduces the need for air conditioning).

We just took possession of two of these annual oceanfront 2BR weeks a few months ago. My wife is headed to the airport right now to enjoy some time in one with her dad. We stayed in one a year and a half ago on Wyndham points and loved it so much we wanted to go back regularly. I *think* that they are adding AC to the units, but am not 100% sure about that.

Aloha,
A/C project is funded and purchase order for all units has been authorized. Not sure about installation completion schedule, but should commence soon.
