I've had this week for decades and have always used it with other week-only timeshares as my entry to RCI Points exchanges. (Week-only space banked units can be converted into large amounts of points for a nominal fee paid to RCI.) It's a Studio, Unit E010A, Week 21 to be exact, which falls in mid-to-late May. Nice springtime season! Historically my week has been worth 15,500 points with RCI, which is quite good considering its exceptionally low annual fee (and never any assessments!). I own it outright and the annual fee has been paid through 2025. The upcoming 2026 annual fee is $569 and is due on January 1, 2026, which I will leave for the new owner to pay and use. It's time for me to pass it along because I live clear across the country and can no longer travel. I'll gift this to someone and sign whatever paper work is necessary to correctly transfer the deed if the new owner can kindly arrange and pay for the legal transfer. I'm told that this should cost around $250 with a legitimate ownership transfer company, however I'll need to leave this to the new owner to decide and orchestrate. Please let me know if I can answer any other questions. Thanks for reading, and I hope this offer will give someone years of joy!

As an extra incentive, I will pay the 2026 annual maintenance fee for the new owner. Picking up this timeshare week is a great way for an RCI Weeks owner to participate in the far more flexible Points program. Or, for under $600 per year in the future, get enough points to trade to some really nice places--especially if utilizing RCI's many short term exchanges that are available for 9,000 points. I've gotten into Hawaii, Sedona, and San Francisco that way in the past!
