Our family has used this timeshare for seven seasons and have enjoyed it every year. While not directly on the beach; it is a short drive to public beaches and all the fun events and activities in Myrtle Beach, SC area.
Since we've always used this week; we've never deposited it with II or RCI.
However; we have and will include 15 RCI Week trading points currenly on deposit with RCI to the person who takes this week.
All MF are paid and title/deed are free and clear. We will pay all transfer fees to the new owner.
