I have a Villa Del Palmar timeshare through MyUVCI. It has two weeks per year. It can be booked at Cancun, PV, and many others. Please visit their website to see what locations and what they have to offer: https://myuvci.com/.
My maintenance fees are up to date for this year. All I am asking is that the new owner pay for the deed to be transferred to their name which is around $650. However maintenance fees for the 2020 season will be fast approaching.
For 2019 I paid the following per week: $566. which totaled $1132.
It is a beautiful property which unfortunately I can no longer afford to take my children traveling. The loan has been paid off and it is a right to use until 12/31/2027.
The units are a one bedroom premier suite which sleeps up to 4 quests, avg sq. ft: 1152, one king master bedroom and two full bathrooms.
Booking for these units is flexible and is available Jan-May and then Nov2-Dec21.
