Location, location, location! My sister and I want to transfer a one bedroom fixed summer vacation week Sandstone Creek in Vail, Colorado to a new owner. This is week 35, which this year falls on Sept 1- 8th (Labor Day week!) Usage is Saturday to Saturday. Free timeshare as this unit is owned free and clear, there is no mortgage and no known assessments. This is a one bedroom unit and the maintenance fees are $672.44 per year paid quarterly. Your dues would start this first quarter of 2012.
We have had this unit for over five years and it is a "tiger trader" in II which makes sense as there are very few gold crown/five star resorts in Vail Colorado. Supply is limited and lots of folks love Vail in the late summer. Hiking, canooing, white water rafting, horseback riding, great restaurants and great mountain air. It also trades in other services including Trading Places and RCI. Summer is an absolutely great time to be in Vail. First usage will be for 2012.
This unit would also be a particularly good trader for someone who must trade for a summer week as it often takes a summer week to pull a summer week. Unfortunately, I am not able to do as many outdoor activities as I once was so this outdoorsy timeshare no longer works that well for me I would like to see others enjoy this unit.
