Resort is Vacation village as mentioned in the title.
The unit is split into two with lockable doors so you can sub-lease the space you're not using if necessary. Each side sleeps 4. More reasonably 2, because the additional 2 is couch space.
Week 40, this year that means Oct 6-13. This week is reserved so it can be used this year.
I don't know the maintenance exactly, but it's in the 900s. I think nearly 1k.
As for the price, this year's maintenance is already paid and I'd be willing to pay the next years as well as the transfer fees if someone takes it off my hands. I've owned it since 2012 and used it a grand total of once.
I'm looking into the RCA benefits, but I lost access to that account - more to follow. My memory says they gave us 3 weeks in exchange for the unit, but I don't know how transferable that is.
