If you are going to the resort it is typically the week of Thanksgiving. This year it is Nov 20-27. Next year is Nov 19-26.

If you are exchanging through RCI or one of the other companies it can be a floating week with a 2 bedroom or you can split it into 2 weeks of a 1 bedroom.

What is the exchange fee with RCI for this? And by floating you mean that as long as the points are deposited for said fee and RCI has the availability, you can go anywhere/anytime?
Or use at the Villages (in Orlando, correct?) week 47?? All for $1000+ per year??

Our home resort is Vacation Village at Weston.

I believe you are able to exchange within the Vacation Village resorts without paying an RCI fee.

This is a deeded week which typically falls on Thanksgiving.

We would normally deposit the 2 bedroom in RCI for two 1 bedroom weeks thus getting an extra week of vacation.
