Vacation Village At Parkway -- RCI Gold Crown resort
Week 40 (october-ish) Tri-Annual
RCI points & memebership eligible, but I unfortunatly don't know much about either.

Great location -- quick & easy access to Disney World

Maintenance fee = $735 (billed once every 3 years -- due by January 1, 2013, for 2013-14-15)

The Mortgage on this IS Paid in full.
I'll be happy to help with closing costs/ transfer fees up too $125 if needed. Thank you!
