Week 40 (october-ish) Tri-Annual
RCI points & memebership eligible, but I unfortunatly don't know much about either.

Maintenance fees = $735 billed once every 3 years CURRENT FEES ARE PAID (paid January 2012)
THE MORTGAGE IS PAID IN FULL.

Willing to discuss sharing closing/transfer costs if needed.
