thanks for looking

comments/suggestions helpful. I inherited these units from my parents. I have tweens/teens and the dates don't particularly fit into our schedules. It's a nice resort & unit but have only used it twice in the last 15 years.

My mother is 82 and tells me that she wants me to sell this unit before she dies. I haven't been really worried about it but it's apparently keeping her awake at night. She paid someone $700 2 years ago to sell it & it was of course a scam. She called me today with someone from Heartland wanting to charge her $4200 to sell it. So help a son out, I'm trying to make my mother happy.

Thanks.

We exchanged in to a 4br at Powhatan last summer and brought friends. Nice units, plenty of room for everyone. We had a great time. Highly recommended for big families and reunions.

(I would be interested, except we own this exact week at a different resort.)

Thanks, it's a nice resort, peak summer vacation periods.

Want to point out that the RCI TPU points are 24 per unit, so a total of 48 per year.

Do you know whether it's a 4 Bedroom Lockoff or a 4 Bedroom *Deluxe* Lockoff? Do you have a specific unit number?
