Great 2 Bedroom with loft (sleeps 6) time share at Treetops in Poconos, PA.
Used this timeshare for almost 20 years and have wonderful memories of our family times there. But, I have no use for it any more and would like to give it away.
I will pay the maintenance for 2020 and the transfer costs.
It's a floating red week - so i can book it for you in 2020 as well.
Have traded to Aruba, St. Maarten, Florida, Virginia and Puerto Rico with this unit.
This is a deeded timeshare that expires in about 18 years - so no worries about heirs inheriting it.
