We own Hono Koa, so I am happy to answer. All weeks are float 1-50, every week but Christmas, and in order to get whale season, it's very important to call at exactly 365 days out, 8 AM Pacific Coast Time, to get your whale-season weeks. So anything in January, February, March is important at 365 days.

I don't know if the fees quoted include taxes. We own a different unit type with higher fees and higher taxes.

Use year can be varied. We own 3 weeks and one has a use year of 5/1-4/30, which gets confusing. Our other two start 1/1.

Yes, this is one week every year. You can book any week you wish, except Christmas/New Year, depending on availability. The use year for this unit starts 10/1 every year.
We have owned this unit for 20 years and have enjoyed using it and trading it.

Resort transfer fee is $550 ($200 charged by resort management for transfer and $350 general fund assessment paid by all new owners). Willing to negotiate with buyer on transfer fee.
The 2016 week is available to use between now and September 30th 2016, or could be banked. October 1 2016 starts the 2017 use year.
