We are rationalizing our timeshare portfolio and our Waterside by Spinnaker 1 bedroom EOY- Odd year has to go.
Next Use is Saturday May 15 through May 22, 2021
Lovely resort with great amenities and staff, within a few, easily walkable blocks of the beach and Coligny Plaza
This is a deeded unit 5414BO and week 20. The 2020 Maintenance fee was $628, and maintenance fees for the EOY unit will be set in November 2020 and are billed every other year
Current owner willing to split costs of deed preparation and recording with new owner with LT Transfers of Cleveland, Georgia - total costs approx $190
Buyer to pay $125 Resort Administration Fee and $750 to the resort against future maintenance fees, including the 2021 fees, with remaining balance carried forward for subsequent years.
