Week 9 (first of March so coincides with Mardi Gras fairly often; 40 minutes away)
Maintenance and taxes are $950 per year. All paid for this year and we'll pay for next. We 'll also transfer of RCI membership.
If you don't use the condo (as we usually don't) then do a transfer and get 18 points towards another resort in RCI's catalog.
