I am trying to reduce down the timeshares that I have, I am offering them free you just pay the transfer fee and when due the 2012 M/F.
Some of the weeks will come with 2011 available that you can use for next year.
Melia Vacation Club - I have 1 account with 2 weeks, another one with 1 week both accounts are for the 2 bedroom in Cozumel and in other locations it is either a one or two bedroom.
I also have a holiday 1 bedroom or studio unit at other locations.
Dues are around $750 per week. Transfer fee I think was around $50 per week but I will try to call them and verify
Allegro Vacation Club
Hotel or studio units. M/F around $250-$300 per week. Can use in many different locations. Great bonus time. See allegrovacationclub.com
Royal Holiday - 90,000 points per year. M/F around $1700 year. I think the transfer fee is around $650- All points used this year, 90k available for next year.
Island resort in Freeport Bahamas. 2 bedroom low m/f under $400 year. Great trader or use for if you have RCI POINTS you can get lots of points with it. Week 41 each year.
Fiesta Americana- I have a 1400 pt and a 2400pt account per year. Can use for selected Hilton units.
