I am listing this for a friend. I will be honest I do not know much about timeshares, so if there is more info that you need, please feel free to ask. Also others have mentioned that they would pay closing costs, I am not sure how much closing costs are, but if they are not substantial my friend would most likely be willing to pay them. The unit is completely paid off. Thanks!

OK, so I have the original paperwork from 2005 and I am not sure if these are current, but it says:

Current Annual RCI Membership $89
Current Annual Maintenance Fee $399
RCI Exchange Fee USA $139 International $179

I am guessing you are talking about the $399 fee. I will get with the owner and ask him if that is what he pays now. Not sure if that is subject to change.

OK, I don't know if he still pays RCI, but here are the recent maintenance fees and taxes:

Paid January 2020:
2020 Maintenance Fee $ 947.00
2019 Taxes $ 98.00

Paid February 2019:
2019 Maintenance Fee $ 920.00
2018 Taxes $ 95.00

Paid January 2018
2018 Maintenance Fee $ 893.00
2017 Taxes $ 95.00
